The CIVIC HOTEL, built in the 1940’s, is proud of its heritage as a grand art deco architectural tribute to the Hotel & Hospitality Industry. During the 1970’s the Hotel was renowned for the number of rock and roll bands that it helped launched including INXS, Mental As Anything, and Midnight Oil.
